Navigate to the Registration tab in the Clubhouse to locate your team's QR-Code for registration. Once you have located your team's QR-Code, make sure it is readily available for parents to scan!

Navigate to the Registration tab in the Clubhouse to locate your team's QR-Code for registration.
Attention Club leadership: for NEW families, we recommend having the Registration "QR Code" readily visible/scannable at any in-person registration events, first week of practice, time-trial etc. NEW families can easily scan the QR Code and walk themselves through registration for the season. If you have RETURNING families, it's even easier.
Club Leadership, Do This:
For any in-person registration events, we recommend making the Club Registration "QR Code" readily visible/scannable at your event. The QR Code is simply a scannable version of your Club Registration Code - that way, families can scan as they enter your registration event and bottlenecks are avoided. Once you have opened your club's season registration, your Club Registration QR Code will become available:
Open your laptop and physically share QR Code screen per below:

Parent/Guardians, Do This:
Scan the Club Registration "QR Code" and follow the steps to register your swimmers.
Step 1: Create a Swimmingly® Clubhouse account if you have not already done so.
Step 2: Sign-In to your Swimmingly® Clubhouse account.
Step 3: Scan the QR Code and it will take you directly to Registration for your club. Follow the steps and register your swimmer(s).
