      Find Swimmer ID as a Parent/Guardian

      I have successfully registered my swimmer and need my Swimmer's Swimmingly #

      find my swimmers' Swimmingly ID

      Solution

      on the Parent tab, find the Swimmer ID next to your registration.

      Step 1: Log into your Parent account in the Swimmingly Clubhouse and select the 'Parent' tab

      Step 2: Find your Swimmers' IDs under the Season History

      This Swimmer ID is what the Timers will use to enter your swimmers' time; it is your swimmers' 'jersey number'.

      Write it on your swimmers' shoulder before the meet with a grease pen! 

      Please note: If your swimmers do not appear under the Season History, they have not been successfully registered.
