      Best Practice: Entering Swimmer ID's for Relays

      Enter Swimmer ID's before stopping the clock!

      Enter Swimmer ID's for relays

      Solution

      Select the "Swimmer" icon in the top left corner and enter any IDs while the race is going.

      Please make sure all volunteers have updated their Swimmingly App to Version 11.x.x!

      Entering Swimmer ID's for 100 Relays

      Step 1: Tap on the "Swimmer" Icon

      Step 2: Enter the ID's for the 2 swimmers on the timer end

      Make sure you select the correct club when selecting the swimmer associated with the ID.

      Be sure to tap Done once you have entered in the Swimmer's ID numbers!

      Step 3: When the second swimmer reaches the timer end, input that Swimmer's ID and press "Done"

      Step 4: Tap the screen to stop the clock and then tap anywhere on the Swimmer ID's already listed

      Step 5: Input the last swimmer's ID and select "Done"

      Step 6: Press "SAVE & CONTINUE"

      Entering Swimmer ID's relays greater than 100

      Step 1: Tap on the "Swimmer" Icon

      Step 2: Enter all 4 Swimmer ID's and tap "Done"

      Step 3: When the race is finished, tap on the screen to stop the clock and tap "SAVE & CONTINUE"
