      Promote a Parent in the Clubhouse to a Club Admin

      Navigate to the Parents/Guardians roster and Edit the User to promote them to Club Admin

      Given That

      I am a Club Admin

      I Want To 

      Promote a Parent in the Clubhouse to a Club Admin

      Solution

      Navigate to the Manage Roster tab and select the Parents/Guardians tab edit the user to promote to a Club Admin

      If you want to invite a Club Admin that is currently not signed up in the Clubhouse, click here.

      If you want to demote a Club Admin to a Parent in the Clubhouse, click here.

      Step 1: Log into your Admin account in the Swimmingly Clubhouse

      Click on the Manage Roster tab

      Step 2: Select the Season

      Step 3: Select the Parents/Guardians Roster

      Step 4: Select the 'Edit User' Icon

      Step 5: Select 'Promote/Demote'

       

      Please Note: Update the Club Admin's title by selecting their title from the Title dropdown.

      Step 6: Select 'Submit'

      Once you have successfully promoted the Parent to Club Admin, you can verify they have been promoted by navigating to the Club Admin tab.
