Navigate to the Registration tab in the Clubhouse to download your team's Premium Club Registration Report
Step 1: Log into your Club Admin account in the Swimmingly® Clubhouse
Click on the Registration tab
Step 2: Select your swim season from the drop-down menu, and click on Step 6: Registration Status
Step 3: Download your Premium Club Registration Report to view your team's Club Registration metrics
The Premium Club Registration Report is comprised of three separate tabs:
Transactions: Includes all transactions that have occurred for the season. This also includes the parent/guardian that completed the transaction, the club dues, discount codes used, additional checkout items price, and the total transaction amount to the club.
Registrants: Includes all swimmers that have been signed up for the season. Also includes the parent/guardian that signed each swimmer up (along with their contact information)
Additional Checkout Items: Includes all Additional Checkout Items that were purchased at checkout by each parent/guardian
Waiver Responses: Includes all Waiver Responses/Acknowledgement submitted by the parent/guardian
