Correct Times from Previous Seasons

Given that

I am completing meet entries

I want to

correct times for my swimmers from previous seasons

Solution

Navigate to the results from the meet where that time was swam and edit the swimmer's name and/or time

Step 1: Log into your Club Admin account in the Swimmingly® Clubhouse

Click on the Meet Schedule tab

Step 2: Select the finished meet on your Meet Schedule

Step 3: Select "View My Meet Results"

Step 4: Edit the swimmer's name or time

Input the correct time by using the drop down menus:

Remove the incorrect swimmer's name (by clicking the X) and input the correct name or ID by using the search feature:

Pro Tip: Please input the correct time if that information is available to you. If you do not know the correct time, simply enter a time that is slower than your swimmer's best time!

Select "Submit"

Meet Results should always be updated on the iPad that was used to run the meet and then republished to the Clubhouse. The changes above are best used for changing historical (incorrect) data from past seasons or in situations where the iPad is not accessible.

Updating results in the Clubhouse will NOT change the results on the iPad or the results on SwimminglyFan.
