      "Swim-up” a swimmer in Meet Entries

      Navigate to the Meet Schedule and Edit Entries "By Event" and then filter the swimmers appropriately!

      As a 

      Club Admin

      I want to

      Add swimmers from a younger age group to the event

      Solution 

      In the "By Event" view in Edit Entries, filter the swimmers to the desired age group to access the swimmers and add them to the event

      Navigate to your entries, 'By Event' view:

      Select the drop downs under 'Filter Swimmers'

      Select the desired Age and/or Gender of the swimmer you wish to swim up

      Add the desired swimmer into the event
